We invite you to join a group of active and engaged 55+ seniors who play tennis as many as five days a week in the summer on reserved municipal tennis courts across the north shore from april through october. During the fall and winter we play indoor tennis monday to friday mornings 7:00 to 9:00 at the north vancouver tennis centre followed by a coffee social most days.

Every summer we have a few picnics where we play round robin formatted tennis and enjoy socializing over coffee, pastries and fruit.

We also try to have a tournament each summer with the finals played at the north vancouver tennis centre.

We have a christmas social and round robin every december where we enjoy food, music, companionship and a likely visit from santa!

Although our primary goal is to promote the game of tennis, to have fun and get some exercise, we celebrate our victories nonetheless.

Tennis excursions are arranged from time to time that in the past have included trips to such exotic destinations as mexico, san diego and vancouver island.

Included with your membership, at no additional cost, you are also a member of the north vancouver tennis society (nvts) and tennis bc.

This has to be one of the best deals around at $20.00 per year for your membership with stans.

All memberships expire on december 31. New members can join any time during the year and the membership fee is good until dec. 31st the year of application. We appreciate all members paying the next years dues by january 1st.

Members must be in good standing to be entitled to play.

Fall and winter play indoors is at an added cost if you choose to participate.
